Artistbio

       Melanie Como was born in
Long Beach, California in 1971.
She moved to the Ozarks of
southeast Missouri in the early
1980s .

     From early childhood artistic
creation was fostered -
sketching and drawing came
easily as well as an eye for
photography. As she grew
older, she realized her talents
could be put to use on a larger
scale - the art of faux painting
opened a new world of
boundless creativity.
